Nick's Realty LLC. is a family owned real estate business based out of Philadelphia, PA. We were established in 2003, which provided us with over 20 years of experience specializing in purchasing, renovating, holding, and selling real estate. Our primary investing location is within Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Our Mission!
Nick's Realty LLC is set on a mission to beautify neighborhoods house by house. We search for homes that are in great need of TLC to renovate. We purchase abandoned homes, vacant lots, damaged homes, and so much more. We can work with many homes in their current condition, because we can see their immense potential.

Our team consist of individuals, who specialize in their own departments.
The CEO/Contractor: Has over 40 years of experience being a general contractor and knowledgeable about other related specialties such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
The COO/Property Manager: A gradate from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Information, Science, and Technology and BA in Business along with 5 years of diverse property management experience.
